the staff was acceptable, i guess. nothing too exciting, just doing their job as expected.
the room, a 'double room', was a joke. it was smaller than my closet back home. the television remote didn't work and the batteries were dead, talk about annoying. i asked for new batteries, i never received them. how hard is it to replace batteries?

the room was available as soon as i got there. check-in was quick. parking vouchers were available for purchase covering the length of my stay. i found the staff very friendly. they also seemed hospitable with excellent customer service.
the music from the outside bar was too loud. it was pumping from the stage at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. the music was apparently the dj's favorite genre. the music was blatantly too loud for background music and not fitting for the afternoon ambience.
